In May, 2019 I journeyed to Italy. Our primary purpose was to explore the Tuscany region, but our first stop was in Venice, which was my favorite by far. What words can describe Venice? It's the most beautiful city I've ever seen. Mysterious. Magical. Historical. Mythical. Multicolored, ancient buildings dipping and dripping into waterways. The eerie calm of the fetid canals. Venetian Prosecco, the best I've ever tasted. And the rain. The rain. The rain!

Sure, photos of the Duomo and St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace are nice shots of Venice, but I find the magic and mystery that is Venice in your pics of Venice's alleys.
